1. Agreement. By using prirodaclothing.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 to place an order, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

3. Products and pricing. Our items are made to order. Colors on screen may differ slightly from the printed product. Prices are in USD and may change without notice. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

4. Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel orders, for example for suspected fraud or production problems. Taxes and shipping are shown before you pay.

5. Shipping. Because items are made to order, delivery time is production time plus shipping time. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Returns and refunds. See our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property. All designs, text, logos, and images on this site belong to Prírodaclothing or its licensors. You may not copy or use them commercially without written permission.

8. Acceptable use. Don't misuse the site, attempt to breach security, or submit false or unlawful content.

9. Disclaimer and liability. The site and products are provided "as is" to the extent allowed by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of North Dakota, USA.

11. Changes. We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
